The Rothenbaum Club has the aim of ensuring that the tradition-steeped international German Open is kept at Hamburg Rothenbaum.
Supporting the Rothenbaum tournament involves more than just backing top sport - there is also an implicit social function aimed at bringing together people at regional and international level to promote Hamburg as a leading sporting center, at the same time underlining international awareness of the Hanseatic city's European profile.
